Historic / Antique Home Builders
O’Neill Bowes Building Company is a luxury custom builder based in the Town of Barnstable, serving clients across Cape Cod. Founded in 2023 by Tim O’Neill and Nick Bowes, we specialize in highly custom new construction, historic restoration, renovations, additions, and boutique commercial work.
We bring a commercial-construction mindset to high-end residential building. Our projects run on clear systems, detailed scheduling, and consistent communication with clients, architects, designers, and trade partners at every stage. From preconstruction through closeout and beyond, our goal is a well-run project and a home built to last.
With deep experience in historic detailing and Cape Cod’s unique building requirements, including flood zones, historic districts, and coastal construction, we deliver craftsmanship that respects the character of the Cape while meeting the expectations of today’s homeowners.
